If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right. Our goal is simple: to make sure you feel confident shopping with us and proud of the product you receive.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the product you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
